Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan visited Sankhyaraje Government hospital at Ujjain in the early morning today, enquired about health of the injured and took stock of their treatment. The Chief Minister directed Chief Medical and Health Officer to provide free treatment and medicines to all the injured. Interacting with patients admitted in the ward and their family members, the Chief Minister assured that the government is ensuring their proper treatment. They should not worry.
The Chief Minister said that government and administrative staff are working earnestly. Rain water has been flushed out of Rudra Sagar. All arrangements have become smooth. Tents which caved in due to rains and cyclonic storm are being erected again. The Chief Minister said that the state government is holding Simhastha with core of heart. But damage done by natural calamity is unfortunate. The Chief Minister said that all the injured are being treated properly and quickly. They would recover soon. The Chief Minister expressed gratitude towards all saints-seers, public representatives and people of Ujjain for excellent work of ensuring necessary arrangements unitedly in this hour of crisis. Annakshetras are functioning regularly. There would be no shortage of food grains and funds. Snan and worship are continuing on Kshipra ghats.
