Special attention is being paid to health of devotees during Simhastha at Ujjain. Proper arrangements have been made to maintain health of devotees in Pandals of saints-seers and temporary shelters in Mangalnath zone of Mela area. Immediate treatment is ensured if a devotee falls ill.
Medical staff manning Sanjeevani 108 vehicles treated patients stationing the mobile hospital vehicles in front of various Pandals. Dr. Vikas Singh manning Sanjeevani 108 vehicle informed that 175 patients have been treated in Nirmohi and Khilchipur sectors so far. He informed that mostly, patients of fever, body ache, heat stroke and diarrhea have been treated. No patient with a fatal disease has been found till date, he added.
Daughter ensures mother's treatment
About 80 years old Smt. Suraj Bai from village Narwar Jhala in Dewas district was suffering swelling in her left leg after taking part in Panchkroshi Yatra. She was brought for treatment by her daughter Smt. Nirmala, 45, who accompanied her mother during Yatra. Smt. Nirmala of Mohan Nagar and her mother have expressed gratitude over excellent arrangements during Panchkroshi Yatra.
